Privacy notice

Last updated October 24, 2026

This notice describes exactly what this website does today. It hasn’t been reviewed by counsel yet, and it covers this website, plus the usage recordings in the WealthCEO app described below, not the rest of the WealthCEO product.

What we collect when you request access

Only what you type into the form: your name and email, the option that describes you, and any of the optional answers you choose to give (a net worth range, the membership you’re considering, the areas you’d use first, what you want WealthCEO to do, whether you’d like a call, and whether you want product news).

With your request we also store where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), an ad click identifier if there was one, the site that referred you, and the page you landed on. If you accepted analytics cookies, we also store your Google Analytics client identifier and where your first visit came from, so we can tell which campaigns bring people who join.

Why

  • To review your request and contact you about the beta.
  • To send product news, only if you ticked the box for it. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns help people decide.

Cookies and analytics

Nothing optional is stored in your browser until you choose. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, and advertising measurement may use cookies too. If you decline, Google receives only cookieless signals that can’t identify you, and we keep nothing across visits. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie choices” at the bottom of every page.

If you accept, we also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: where people click, how far they scroll, and replays of a visit with the page’s text masked where it could be personal. Clarity never receives what you type. Every form field is masked, and the calculators and the access request form are masked whole, results included. Clarity doesn’t load at all until you accept, and if you later decline, its cookies are deleted and it stops.

If you request access and you’ve accepted analytics, we remember your browser with a first-party cookie, so we can count your return visits and show you an offer from our team. We don’t do this for visitors who haven’t requested access. Turning analytics off stops it: we no longer count your visits or show offers.

The site also remembers your theme and your cookie choice in your browser. That never leaves your device.

Our own reading counts

For everyone, wealthceo.com counts page views and reading (how far down a post you read, and which calls to action you see or click) on our own servers. These counts use no cookies and no identifier: they say how often, never who.

If you accept analytics, the pages you visit in one browser tab are also linked to each other by a random identifier that lives only in that tab and is gone when you close it. We keep those linked visits for 90 days. If you decline, the identifier is removed.

The posts you read in that tab are sent with an access request, if you submit one, so we can tell which writing helps people decide.

Short links and QR codes

When you open a WealthCEO short link (go.wealthceo.com) or scan its QR code, we record the time, the type of device, the country, the site that sent you and whether it was a scan. To count unique visitors we also keep a code that changes every day and can’t be traced back to you. We don’t keep your IP address, and we don’t set a cookie.

If you then request access, your request is joined to that visit, so we know which link brought you.

Usage recordings in the WealthCEO app

The app asks before it records anything. If you say yes, Microsoft Clarity records how you move through the app: where you click, how far you scroll and which pages you open. Every word and number on the screen is hidden before anything leaves your browser, so a recording shows the shape of a page, never your households, figures, names or messages. Your answer is kept on that device, and you can change it at any time in Settings › Preferences. The sign-in and password pages are never recorded.

What we never do on this site

  • Ask for account numbers, passwords or bank logins.
  • Put your name, email or answers into analytics events or recordings.
  • Show your request to other visitors or members.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your request at any time. Contact details for privacy requests will be published here before the site launches.
